Information We Collect
Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as Ozow and other approved payment partners.
Producer banking details submitted during onboarding are stored securely and are only used for payout processing, account verification, fraud prevention and operational purposes.

- Verify producer and organiser accounts

- Send event updates, cancellation notices, refund notifications, security alerts, and operational communications
Payments & Financial Processing
HouseLine works with trusted third-party payment providers such as Ozow and other approved payment partners to securely process transactions, refunds, and payout-related operations.
HouseLine does not store customer card details.
Transaction records, payment references, refund records, and payout-related information may be securely retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, operational reviews, accounting, legal compliance, and platform security purposes.

HouseLine uses trusted third-party services such as WhatsApp, Ozow, and other approved operational service providers.
Data Retention
HouseLine retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, process refunds and payouts, support operational reviews, maintain accounting and audit records, investigate fraud or abuse, and protect the platform and its users.
POPIA Compliance
HouseLine aims to process personal information in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), where applicable.
