Event deposits may be required before certain events can be published on the platform.
Ticket payouts are processed after events have ended and may be delayed for fraud, risk, dispute, or operational review.
Producers and event organisers remain solely responsible for ensuring that events comply with applicable laws, venue requirements, safety obligations, licensing requirements, and advertised event information.
Cancelled events may result in customer refunds being processed through HouseLine and applicable payment providers.
Refunded or cancelled tickets may become invalid and ineligible for event access.
Banking information may be securely stored and used for payout processing, verification, fraud prevention, and operational compliance purposes.
